Personalized Services

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of services such as Firehorse Readings and strategy sessions, all sales are final.

Once a service has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• duplicate payments

• technical failure preventing delivery of the service

Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

• change of mind

• dissatisfaction with subjective interpretation

• disagreement with insights provided

• delays caused by incomplete client information
