Monday Motivation

Mondays are my fave; the beginning of a new week, goals to achieve, and the start of a whole new sub chapter. Today I started my morning with this abundance meditation, followed by my usual lemon water 🍋+ celery juice, I journaled 📝, and got to creating content.

The plan is gym + sauna then work all afternoon.


Last night I decided I was officially closing the door to dating, and will get back into hustle/focus/grind mode. I choose those words because now, with the knowledge I have (about M/F energies), this is what I'm going to do differently:


  • Implement the 37 mins productivity hack and make sure I take breaks

  • Have a switch off time at night (10pm) where I MUST stop working

  • Remind myself that it's okay to not get everything done from a list (literally write this out on a piece of paper and have it visible)

  • Post/be authentically me, not what I think people what to consume
